The California Surplus Lines Marketplace: A Comprehensive Review

Program Overview:  This three-hour course is intended to give brokers a comprehensive overview of the surplus line’s insurance marketplace in California, starting with its basis in law and how it is governed, and then progressing to current issues and trends affecting and driving the marketplace. By providing this overview, the objective is to educate attendees on the many factors affecting the marketplace and their role within that marketplace, and how those factors affect their businesses.
