August Quarterly CE Meeting: Construction Defect

The second half of this session will delve into construction defect litigation that involves both general contractors and subcontractors.  California, in particular, has had a very active bar in this area and significant case law and statutory changes have resulted.  Common liability coverage concerns are also included for discussion.
